There is something honest about pasta that is made by hand.
At Nonna Campi, we make small batches of fresh pasta every week from our kitchen in Westmoreland County, and we bring it to families and restaurants across Western Pennsylvania who care about what they are putting on the table.
If you have ever bitten into pasta that tasted like cardboard and wondered if it was supposed to be that way, this is the pasta that answers your question. It is not supposed to be that way. Real pasta has flavor of its own.

I was a little bit skeptical if this pasta would be good. After having some digestion issues, I was very nervous about what pasta could do. This pasta did not make me feel bloated or sick. It was the best pasta I have ever eaten. I highly recommend it.
